After finalizing the agreement and setting the sale dates, we begin organizing and launching the advanced marketing process for your estate sale.
Please remove any desired items as we prepare for setup. We typically require one to two weeks before the sale to complete our setup process.

We actively promote your sale across relevant websites and social media platforms. This multi-platform approach generates enthusiasm and attracts a high volume of shoppers to your event.
On opening day, expect a bustling crowd of shoppers ready to explore your estate. Customers will have the convenience of paying with Zelle, Venmo or cash throughout the sale. We'll be on hand to coordinate pick-up times and provide professional delivery options through our dedicated movers, ensuring smooth logistics. Our track record typically achieves a sales success rate for your home items during the event.
After your estate sale concludes, our End of Sale Buyer will negotiate a fair price for any remaining items. Our team will then proceed to clean the estate, secure the property, and provide you with a final proceeds payment and sales record, typically within 48 hours.
